1.虾用姜、胡椒粉、少量盐先腌30分钟入味

2.用粘米粉、澄粉、淀粉加1.5倍水打匀成米浆

6.一会儿开盖米皮成晶莹半透明状,中间有鼓起来的气泡

7.出锅稍晾凉一点就可以揭下来整块的米皮,肠粉皮就做好了。

8.肠粉皮中间摆上腌好的虾仁,其实还应该放点香葱末会更香,家里没有了,先省略。

11.淋点生抽和香油,中间切开就可以吃了

12.虾仁可以更新鲜一点,我用的是朋友从青岛速递过来的冰冻虾仁,解冻后感觉没那么新鲜了,直接买新鲜虾回来处理更好。这道菜主要吃食材的口感。
